Quantity Surveying services for the construction of a new Community Campus

Tender description

The Welsh Government, through its Sustainable Communities for Learning (SCfL) programme, invited applications for exemplar projects which would make a positive contribution to the environment and surrounding landscape and would demonstrate innovative and collaborative design, development, delivery, and management. Gwynedd has been successful in winning the challenge for North Wales. We are seeking tenders for the provision of Quantity Surveying / Cost Consultant services for this project. Both the buildings and the process of construction will be exemplars in sustainability and innovative design. This will be a collaboration which will include learners, staff, parents, the community and supply chains through all stages of design, construction and operational life of a truly sustainable school.
