The Provision of Garden Aid Services. The Garden Aid scheme assists Council tenants who are elderly or disabled to keep their gardens tidy in accordance with their tenancy agreement. Eligible tenants have their grass cut during the growing season from April to October. Lot 1: Provision of Garden Aid Services - Inverness and Inverness-shire The Garden Aid scheme assists Council tenants who are elderly or disabled to keep their gardens tidy in accordance with their tenancy agreement.
