Production of quality training videos of laboratory techniques and processes

Tender description

Public Health Wales NHS Trust wish to invite creative agencies to tender for the filming of members of Public Health Wales staff undertaking laboratory-based processes to assist in training. The successful agency will need to work to a tight budget. These training videos will be aimed at Public Health Wales Microbiology staff, they may either be new to their role or an existing member of staff undertaking new responsibilities. These videos will be designed to complement the existing training tools available. The successful agency will be expected to deliver 31 training videos (130 minutes in total) showcasing Public Health Wales staff undertaking certain processes which will be held on an internal training repository The videos will have some general view shots of the laboratories and specific practical techniques being undertaken by staff. This will either be accompanied by a member of staff explaining the process as they go along or talking straight to the camera intermittently
