This notice is placed as a Prior Information Notice and relates to a virtual pre-procurement market engagement / briefing event on 4th May 2023 15:00-16:30. NHS England (NHSE) South West invites expressions of interest (EOI) from suitably qualified and experienced providers, to provide School Aged Immunisation Services within Bath and North East Somerset, Swindon and Wiltshire (BSW), Somerset, Cornwall and Gloucestershire. The virtual event is intended to give potential providers a briefing onf the service, requirements, opportunity, procurement portal and timelines etc. To register your interest you will need to access the project spaceopportunity on Atamis (details below). Once you have done this, you will need to send a message via the portal confirming the attendee details for the event, to enable the invitation to be sent. Attendee details: Name Job Title Email Phone Number The procurement is expected to will be split into 4 lots, as detailed below: • Lot 1 Bath and North East Somerset, Swindon and Wiltshire (BSW), • Lot 2 Somerset • Lot 3 Cornwall • Lot 4 Gloucestershire The annual block contract value across all lots is currently expected to be £2,648,091. At higher uptake levels contract values are currently estimated to be £3,052,513. All figures subject to change. The contract will be for an initial 5 year term, with the option to extend for a further 2 years. This notice is placed as a Prior Information Notice in order to determine market interest levels and relates only to pre-procurement market engagement. Providers who express interest at this stage are not bound to participate in any future procurement exercise. This exercise is being managed by NHS South, Central and West Commissioning Support Unit (SCW) on behalf of the Commissioner.
