Mechanical Works - Heating Centre Upgrade Works @ Scoil Nioclais NS, Frankfield, Grange, Cork

Tender description

The works comprise of the Mechanical Services Installation works associated with the heating centre upgrade within the main school. The works include: • Replace the 2no boiler units including flues, piping insulation effected, • Replace the gas emergency shut off valve, • Replace the diversion valve on the primary circuit to the hot water calorifier. • All associated Builders Works • All associated Electrical Works All works, as detailed on the accompanying drawings and as specified, to be carried out as a direct contract with the client. Testing, commissioning and setting to work the complete Mechanical services package.
