About adding context and requirements test Pre-market engagement MCC have already assessed the market for a Low Code integration platform and intend to utilise Mulesoft to deliver the vision of a reusable and replicable integration solution for their requirements. Engagement with Mulesoft as part of feasibility, sizing and validation of its Anypoint platform as the preferred technology solution Other elements of the RBDxP architecture being procured separately. Work done so far MCC are currently in the process of selecting a preferred technology for our new RBDxP platform Analysis completed on the As-Is processes and forms Final information gathering for system and integration specifications underway. Working arrangements The supplier's team should expect to work mainly remotely and on site as and when required for workshops, progress meetings and presentations, this will be limited to a maximum of twice per week. We do not expect to incur additional travel expenses in addition to the proposal. Are you prepared to show your budget details?: No Confirm if you require a contracted out service or supply of resource Contracted out service: the off-payroll rules do not apply Summary of work MCC will purchase Mulesoft AnyPoint platform to serve as the integration layer for the Council's RBDxP Platform. Beyond the initial requirements MCC envisage Mulesoft as the integration layer to support future internal initiatives as well as being a strategic tool for use across the Greater Manchester (GM). We require a partner to provide the following: - Set up of the Mulesoft environment to support the immediate needs of the RBDxP Programme but also the longer-term strategic aspirations of MCC - Implement a list of integrations of differing complexities to MCC and 3rd Party hosted systems (see below) (with supporting 4 months warranty) - Optional short-term managed service offering for the Mulesoft platform until it is transitioned to the MCC operational support team. List of Integrations We require support the integration requirements of the RBDxP CRM tool and website with a number of backend Local Government systems including : WhiteSpace - Waste, Recycling and Street Cleansing Mayrise - Street Lighting CivicaPay -Finance Taranto - Parking Mapping - ESRI/GIS/QAS Arcus Global - Compliance and Enforcement Taxi Licensing Alloy -Highways Boris - Pest Control Information @ Work - Revenues and Benefits Capita Academy - Revenues and Benefits Granicus/GovDelivery GovDelivery gov.notify GovDelivery gov.pay GovDelivery CRM system TBC The outcomes should ensure the following - Fit for purpose setup and documentation of the Mulesoft Platform for MCC in line with Mulesoft best practice. This should include a Test and Production environment. - Work collaboratively with the CRM implementation partner to ensure a coordinated and well planned delivery of integrations. Integration Expectations Develop and test integration flows - Develop Mule applications using Anypoint Studio - Implement and test integration flows, ensuring data consistency and security Implementation of API management and security - Configure API policies, such as rate limiting, caching, and authentication - Set up security mechanisms to protect sensitive data and APIs Deploy and monitor integrations - Deploy Mule applications to the MCC runtime environment - Setupand monitor integration flows and applications using Anypoint Monitoring and Anypoint Visualizer All integrations are fully documented using MCC tools and standards Knowledge transfer and on the job collaboration with MCC colleagues Where the supplied staff will work North West England Where the supplied staff will work No specific location (for example they can work remotely) Why the work is being done This work is being undertaken as part of a wider Programme to modernise MCCs digital offering to its residents and businesses. MCC must decommission its existing CRM and integration layer by March 2024 so all work must be completed before this deadline . The platform should be ready by Sept 2023 with the integrations to be implemented across a number of sprints aligned with the CRM implementation partner until Feb 2024 The business problem you need to solve Customers want to have consistent excellent experience when access Manchester's services across all channels.
