Tender description
CHP is seeking to appoint an Auditor to provide Leaseholder Actual charges certification services (the Services) for itself and partners. The Auditor shall perform a review of service charges on our behalf, producing an accountant's report in compliance with the Chartered Institute of Internal Auditors (CIIA) standards and with TECH 03/11. The scope of the review of the service charges is set out in TECH 03/11, and seeks to review the accounting data used to prepare the service charge accounts, review the proposed accounts and undertake testing of charges to confirm that CHP holds documents to support the charges.
