Tender description

Forestry England has a future opportunity for the operation of the Kielder Castle Café concession leader. We anticipate the lease will be for a period of up to 10 years. A full copy of the draft lease will be available in the tender documents to be published August/September 2023. The estimated total turnover value of the lease opportunity over the term will be in the region of £2.6M. The lease will start following completion of renovation works to the Kielder Castle building, including expansion of the café area.
