Tender description

Corporate events to be held for one week from the 4th - 7th July 2023 (Monday 3rd set up) at Bedford Hospital, South Wing, Kempston Rd, Bedford MK42 9DJ and for another week 10th-14th July 2023 at the Luton and Dunstable Hospital, Lewsey Road, Luton, LU4 0DZ. The event is the whole week on each site and caters for our staff Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
