Norse Group has a requirement for gas and oil-fired equipment and boiler servicing & maintenance. There are currently 233 maintained properties. The property portfolio is diverse and includes multi stakeholder ownership, listed museums, fire service operational and training facilities, office buildings, public libraries, farms, and premises providing social care to both adults and children. Lot 1: Norse Group has a requirement for gas and oil-fired equipment and boiler servicing & maintenance. There are currently 233 maintained properties. The property portfolio is diverse and includes multi stakeholder ownership, listed museums, fire service operational and training facilities, office buildings, public libraries, farms, and premises providing social care to both adults and children. The successful Bidder shall provide services to carry out regular inspection in line with current relevant legislation to the specific task as set out in below: •Annual servicing and safety inspections of gas and oil-fired appliances and ancillary equipment including but not limited to controls, pumps, pressurisation unit and flue systems to manufacturers specification. •Attend to reactive callouts relating to gas and oil-fired equipment and ancillary equipment including but not limited to controls, pumps, pressurisation unit and flue systems. •5 Yearly tightness testing of pipework installations. •Pressure testing of above and below ground oil pipework at prescribed interval.
