The Council invites quotations for the provision of training for the Best Interest Assessor module/course which will provide experienced practitioners with the skills and knowledge required to enable them to undertake a Best Interest Assessment (BIA) with reference to Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards. The course will include detailed case law/practice updates and a reflective space to explore current issues in practice.
