Tender description
The Contracting Authority London Legacy Development Corporation (LLDC) wishes to secure a new operator or operators to undertake a 7 year operation and maintenance lease (with an option to extend for up to 3 years) for the ArcelorMittal Orbit and Podium Café located in Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park in Stratford, East London. The venue leases are separate and suppliers are able to submit an individual tender for either the ArcelorMittal Orbit or the Podium Café or a combined tender for both the two venues. Lot Lot One: ArcelorMittal Orbit operation and maintenance lease An operation and maintenance lease for the ArcelorMittal Orbit. Lot Two: Podium Café An operation and maintenance lease for the Podium Café. Lot Three: Combined Operation and maintenance of the ArcelorMittal Orbit and the Podium Café The Combined Operation and maintenance of the ArcelorMittal Orbit and the Podium Café.
