Adult Advocacy Services Health and Social Care Moray are looking to commission a new single contract for independent advocacy to enable a robust and consistent approach to advocacy across health and social care. This includes all adults who have a legal right to advocacy and allows for a relational, human rights based approach, taking into account the individual and their family or unpaid carer. Lot 1: All children and young people e.g. care experienced, LAC, within education etc. Moray Council is looking to contract to a provider of advocacy services for children, young people and families, within the geographical area of Moray. The contractor shall provide a relationship based advocacy service for Moray Council’s social work and education departments, which champions children’s rights, hears their views and support families in shaping the way they receive our services. Lot 2: Parents / Carers and siblings of Lot 1 Moray Council is looking to contract to a provider of advocacy services for children, young people and families, within the geographical area of Moray.
