Wokingham Borough Council is seeking for quotes for the investigation into 26 separate Definitive Map Modification Order Applications to add bridleways to the Wokingham Borough Council Definitive Map and Statement of Public Rights of Way. The Council has received 26 Definitive Map Modification Order applications from the British Horse Society. As all 26 of the applications are based on the same or similar evidence bases, the Council is looking to appoint a consultant to undertake an investigation into these applications on the Council’s behalf and provide a report for each with recommendations on whether or not the Council should make a DMMO in light of the evidence supplied. The applications are based entirely on documentary evidence and do not contain user evidence. A copy of all the application maps and the evidence provided is available electronically on request, to enable you to assess the level of work required.
