The University of Galway proposes to engage in a competitive process for the establishment of 5 Multi operator frameworks for the provision of Patent Agency Services as follows: • LOT 1 – Education, Computing, Information Communication Technologies, Software • LOT 2 – Engineering, Natural Sciences, Materials Science, Physical & Chemical Science • LOT 3 - Biomedical Sciences including Medicine & Pharmaceuticals, Medical Devices, Diagnostic & Veterinary Science • LOT 4 - Energy and Environmental Sciences • LOT 5 - Life Sciences – Agriculture, Biology, Bioscience, Biotechnology & Foods The services required by the University of Galway are drafting, filing and maintenance of patents on behalf of the University.
