Tender for the Provision of Digital Telehealth Care System

Tender description

The Council is working towards a new cloud based digital call handling system, to upgrade from dispersed alarm equipment for Technology Enabled Care Services. The Council is currently operating Tunstall PNC8. The Supplier will need to demonstrate as part of their submission how their proposal will assist the Council to drive efficiencies and provide an innovative solution to fulfil the requirements of the contract. The Council are working on a transition from an analogue to digital solution, introducing new processes and technologies to change the operating model. The supplier will be required to work with the Council to ensure a smooth transition to the new practice. The Supplier will be expected to continually review and evolve their service offer throughout the lifetime of the contract and be expected to collect data and be able to present these in report formats as required by the Council. A key objective of the service is to support people to improve their quality of life by enabling them to take greater control of their environment, help people maintain their independence and allow people to feel safe and secure in their own homes.
