Lot 1: The purpose of this Procurement exercise is to assist ARU in establishing a contract with a supplier to provide ARU with an online Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) umbrella provision.ARU requires a provider who can process both standard and enhanced DBS checks for both staff and student applications. The solution must be a SAAS solution and must allow for different classifications of users e.g., superusers, admin users, standard user and offer read only access for staff/students requiring a DBS.The proposed contract would be for 36 months with the option to extend for a further 2 x 12 months, with the proposed implementation by July 2023, with go live date September 2023.
