Tender description
The Town of St Andrews is looking to pilot a shared e-bike scheme for a minimum period of six months. The scheme will require an operator to manage the day-to-day operations of the scheme including balancing between locations, battery maintenance and any mechanical related issues. Funding is available for the purchase of a fleet of bikes to assist in this scheme. It is anticipated the first phase of the project would involve the deployment of 35 e-bikes across five locations.
