Tender description
The Contracting Authority proposes to engage in a competitive process for the establishment of a single party framework agreement for the provision of a Virtual Learning Facility. The platform must deliver a blended learning approach providing content in multiple mediums via editable learning pathways. The solution must also allow supporting content to be added to the platform using editable web pages, in platform social newsfeed, learning management system, 3rd party integrations and discussion topics to provide a community/social approach and further support all users onboarded.
