Provision of Building Energy Management Systems – Maintenance & Parts

Barts Health NHS Trust has a wide range of Building Energy Management Systems throughout its estate which requires to be fully operational at all times. The Contract shall support this requirement by providing IT capability, specialist support. Lot 1: The Services shall include: <br/><br/>• Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) of the Systems and any resulting repairs due to faults discovered during a PPM visit (such repairs will be referred to as remedial repairs);<br/>• Reactive maintenance (24hrs per day, 7 days per week) in the event of the Systems or associated component break down (including replacement of Spare Parts);<br/>• Replacement of BEMS System Spare Parts eg sensors, inputs, outputs and connected components subject to authorisation by the Purchaser;<br/>• Commissioning of equipment controlled by the Systems including but not limited to Valves, Actuators, VSD’s, Meters;<br/>• Management information (including an initial validation and identification of Systems, carried out at the first PPM visit and as required the updating of the Equipment list from subsequent PPM, reactive and remedial visits); <br/>• Local User and Technical training when required.
