NO4803027B - Partial Refurbishment of Lamont House

Tender description

Works will comprise the refurbishment of existing ground floor layout to create new reception, consultation rooms, offices and waiting area. New acoustic partitions, fire doorsets, suspended ceilings, floor finishes and wall finishes will be required throughout. A new external lift shaft will be provided as part of the works. A new external plant room will be created to house all mechanical and electrical plant. All M and E services will be extended from the plant room throughout the ground floor. Existing M and E services, across the first and second floor levels, will be maintained and combined where possible. Mechanical works will comprise the installation of a new low temperature heating system, new supply / waste pipework and dedicated ventilation / cooling systems. Electrical works will comprise the installation of new data, small power, general lighting, emergency lighting, automatic smoke alarm and detection.
