Tender description
Works will comprise the refurbishment of existing welfare and office accommodation within the warehouse. New acoustic partitions, fire doorsets, secondary glazing, suspended ceilings, floor finishes and wall finishes will be required throughout. New welfare facilities, including a new kitchenette to be installed. Mechanical works will comprise the installation of a new low temperature heating system, new supply and waste pipework, dedicated ventilation and cooling systems. Electrical works will comprise the installation of new data, small power, general lighting, emergency lighting, automatic smoke alarm and detection.
