Tender description
Newcastle City Council (‘’the Lead Authority’’) acting as the lead authority on behalf of the North East Procurement Organisation (NEPO) and its Member Authorities, awarded the Flexible Procurement Agreement (Contract) for: Lot 1 – Children’s Advocacy, Lot 3 – Investigating Officers (Children and Adult Stage Two Complaints) Lot 4 – Independent Persons (Children and Adult Stage Two Complaints) Lot 5 – Independent Chairs for Stage Three Statutory Children’s Social Care Complaints Lot 6 – Independent Panellists for Stage Three Statutory Children’s Social Care Complaints Lot 7 – Independent Persons for Secure Accommodation Reviews on 22.02.2022. As detailed in the original Invitation to Tender, the Flexible Procurement Agreement (Contract) will be open two times in each 12-month period from the commencement date to allow Providers’ applications to join the solution or bring new Individuals on to the solution. Applications will only be received for Lots 3 – 7. The 12 Participating Authorities are aware that services delivered under Lots 3 – 7 offer opportunities for remote working (where this meets the needs of the Complainant, Child / Young Person, and Purchasing Authority). The 12 Participating Authorities are keen to ensure that they have access to a range of Providers from diverse backgrounds, genders, ethnicities, and ages and would welcome applications from a wide range of Providers, without discrimination (where Providers meet the evaluation criteria). Any specific requirements related to geography, in-person service delivery, and Provider background will be detailed in individual Call-Off Alerts. This is Opening Two. Keywords: Independent persons , Independent investigating officers , Childrens complaints , Adult complaints
