Tender description
Westmeath County Council is seeking tenders from a suitably qualified multidisciplinary consultancy team with expertise in the area of transport planning. It will be required to undertake an Area Based Transport Assessment (ABTA) for Mullingar Town and surrounds. The ABTA will identify the appropriate transport solutions for the Mullingar area which will allow development to occur in line with the objectives of the NPF, RSES, Westmeath County Development Plan (CDP) and other local planning policies
