East Ayrshire Council are seeking expressions of interest for the provision of a local Gift Card Scheme. The Gift Card Scheme will support the Council's Community Wealth Building agenda with the main aim to retain the wealth within our local communities and support our local businesses. The Gift Card Scheme will require to meet the following: 1) The Gift Card must be 'closed loop' - meaning that the card can only be redeemed with businesses located within the East Ayrshire Local Authority Area 2) Gift Cards must have a 12 month validity period 3) The ability to enable disbursement of funds (for all unredeemed funds) 4) There must be no associated costs to businesses (exception being a merchant transaction fee) All expressions of interest must be made via the Public Contract Scotland portal by Friday 5th May 2023.
