Appointment of A Building MEP Clerk of Works for the delivery of the Food Hub for Innovation (SeedPod) Construction Project. SeedPod is a 13 million GBP construction project to accelerate growth and build on the strengths of the food industry cluster in the North East of Scotland. This procurement is being undertaken by Food Hub (NES) Ltd for the appointment of a Building, Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (BMEP) Clerk of Works for the delivery of the Food Hub for Innovation (SeedPod) construction project.
