Tender description

Collaborative agreement to enable Sheffield City Council and The Environment Agency to carry out and manage a programme of works to help reduce flood risk across the City. In the arrangement, both parties will be working together to meet their statutory obligations. As a result, this arrangement falls outside the scope of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 as per Reg 12.
