Events Management Services for West Northamptonshire Council and Northamptonshire Town Council - AWARD

Tender description

The current event management support contract is due to expire on 31st March 2023 and West Northamptonshire Council (WNC)/Northampton Town Council (NTC) invites quotes from experienced and qualified Contractors for the provision of professional event management services for both Councils. The Contract will commence on 1st April 2023 and will be for 3 years (01/04/23 - 31/03/2026) with the option to extend for one extra year (01/04/2026 - 31/03/2027). The purpose of the contract is to ensure that the council and its partners' event programme and those of other event organisers on the council's land including parks and open/urban spaces are delivered safely and in accordance with the statutory regulations. Contractors are required to have a minimum of 5 years' experience of delivering and managing events outdoors and indoors for a local authority or similar.
