Tender description

The University of Bristol Dental School (UoBDS) seeks to establish a non-exclusive multi-supplier Framework Contract for the procurement of Dental supplies to support day-to-day operations of the New Dental School. The Framework Contract will form the basis for University to conduct business with successful Contractors. The Framework is made up of two Lots. Bidders may bid for one or more Lots. Lot 1 - One-stop shop A variety of 'off-the-shelf' and specialist Dental Supplies suitable for use at the Dental School. Contractors bidding on this lot must have a diverse range of branded/own brand products in order to satisfy the day-to-day stock requirements of the Dental School stock replenishment orders, allowing for the aggregation of requirements a single delivery where possible and desired. Sub-Categories of Lot 1 1. Dental Consumables 2. Specialist Cleaning, CSSD consumables 3. Dental Materials 4. Dental Laboratory Supplies 5. Orthodontics and Related Products 6. Pharmaceuticals including Local anaesthetics 7. Small Equipment 8. Other Specialist Dental Products (e.g. teaching supplies, equipment and associated spares & accessories) Lot 2 - Dental Teaching Supplies and Support/Grant Schemes Specialist teaching equipment, and support/grant schemes available for the Dental School
