Tender description

Aberdeen City Health & Social Care Partnership require the provision of a support and advice service to adults affected by Dementia including those diagnosed and their families / carers. The key areas of provision are as follows: Advice & Information Peer Support & Community Activities Planning for the Future Opportunities for Community Connections The duration of the contract will be from 1st October 2023 to 30 September 2026; there will also be 2 x optional 1year extensions. The contract will be block funded and the maximum funding for three years will be GBP289,122
