Deep fabric retrofit to Business School Building at Waterford Institute of Technology

Waterford Institute of Technology invite tenders for the provision of an Architect led Design Team to provide Consultancy Services to be provided by a ‘Single Source Provider’ (Design Team to be led by an Architect that is familiar with energy efficiency design and have experience in delivering projects of a similar scale and complexity, including the buying in of additional services for other disciplines as required) for a Deep Fabric Retrofit of WIT’s existing Business School Building located on the WIT’s Cork Road Campus in Waterford City under the H.E.A. Energy Efficient and De-carbonisation Pathfinder Program. The main objective of the Programme is to implement a range of deep fabric retrofit solutions to the WIT’s 4362m2 Business School Building during the 2022 Institute summer shut-down period. This competition is to be conducted using an open procedure with a qualitative assessment. The appointment of the successful team will be determined by virtue of a test to determine the Most Economically Advantageous Tenders (“MEAT”).
