Tender description

The Education Authority wishes to establish a Dynamic Purchasing System for the Supply and Delivery of Commercial Heavy and Light Catering Equipment as required by the EA's Catering Service and the participating bodies named. This DPS will consist of ; Lot 1 Cooking Equipment, Lot 2 Refrigeration Equipment, Lot 3 Food Preparation Equipment, Lot 4 Ware Washing Equipment, Lot 5 Service Counters and Food Display Equipment, Lot 6 Tableware, Lot 7 Front of House Equipment, Lot 8 Back of House Equipment, Lot 9 Food Transport. As this is a new sourcing model for equipment and is intended to incorporate all future equipment tenders the EA wish to carry out pre-market engagement with interested suppliers to inform the market about the process and how to apply to join the DPS and compete for the further competitions therewith.
