Anuga 2023 Design & Stand build (with option to extend for SIAL Paris 2024)

Tender description

Closing date for submissions is Noon (12pm) on the 22nd May 2023. AHDB intend to procure a Contract to a successful Supplier for the provision "of stand build and design for Anuga 2023 (with the option to extend to cover SIAL 2024)" through the process set out in this ITT. The successful supplier will be required to deliver a stand design and build for the Agriculture and Horticulture Development Board (AHDB) to attend the food exhibition Anuga in Cologne, Germany, October 2023. The purpose of the stand is for AHDB to showcase and exhibit meat products, and to act as a networking and meeting place for clients. AHDB are looking for a supplier to provide the design, production, build and dismantling and disposal of a stand that is 397.5sqm to include all equipment hire and associated services. The scope of this procurement does not include the exhibition space. The supplier must also ensure value for money for levy payers is provided. The budget for Anuga 2023 is approximately £230,000 - £250,000 inclusive of VAT. It is anticipated that the budget for SIAL (should this be awarded, will be of a similar value).
