Tender description

Stand design and build required for Anuga October 2023 in Cologne, Germany. There is an option to extend this contract to cover SIAL Paris 2024 should AHDB wish. AHDB intend to procure a Contract to a successful Supplier for the provision “of stand build and design for Anuga 2023 (with the option to extend to cover SIAL 2024)” through the process set out in this ITT. The successful supplier will be required to deliver a stand design and build for the Agriculture and Horticulture Development Board (AHDB) to attend the food exhibition Anuga in Cologne, Germany, October 2023. The purpose of the stand is for AHDB to showcase and exhibit meat products, and to act as a networking and meeting place for clients. AHDB are looking for a supplier to provide the design, production, build and dismantling and disposal of a stand that is 397.5sqm to include all equipment hire and associated services.
