Wigan Council are currently exploring options for the future procurement of a customer relationship management system (CRM) for be Well Outdoor facilities based within our residential Centres in the Lake District (Low Bank Ground and Hinning House). An overview of our current arrangements, our headline requirements and our priorities are set out in the brief.
