Tender description

Hebrides People Visitors Centre Lot 1: Architectural services and Lead Consultant Architectural services and Lead Consultant, to deliver RIBA Stages 3 and 4 on key redevelopment works identified. We also request indication of costs to deliver RIBA Stages 5 - 7. Lot 2: Mulit-disciplinary engineering services: mechanical, electrical, structures, fire, acoustics, BREEAM and sustainability. Multi-disciplinary engineering services: mechanical, electrical, structures, fire, acoustic, BREEAM, and sustainability; to deliver RIBA Stages 3 and 4 on the key redevelopment works. Lot 3: Landscape Architects / Consultant Landscape Architects to deliver RIBA Stages 3 and 4 on the key redevelopment works Lot 4: Planning Advisor / Designer Planning Advisor: to deliver RIBA Stages 3 and 4 on the key redevelopment works. Lot 5: Commercial Consultant and Quantity Surveyor Services Commercial and Quantity Surveyor services; to deliver Stage 3 and 4 on the key redevelopment works.
