Refurbishment of welfare facilities at Gwealgues Farm

Tender description

This Tender is for the design, renovation and installation of welfare facilities at Gwealgues Farm to serve as a meeting room for volunteers, changing rooms and toilets. This will enable access onto the farm for volunteers and schools helping to establish a market garden, orchards and nature reserve to benefit the local community. This is a request to submit a fixed price quotation (RFQ) for specified building work to complete the internal part of the existing building. The total budget for the project is £55,000 The purchase of this system is part of a grant funded application process and therefore procurement will be subject to grant approval of the project. We will compare tenders received on a compliance basis only.
