Tender description

This service is to provide cost support to the design team in the first phase of an extension and refurbishment of a community leisure facility on the isle of Anglesey. The two cost plans that will be required are one full design and a value engineering design option to be presented to the funding body upon completion. Working in tight timescales to meet funding deadline demands the winning contractor must be able to commit to a tight timescale and to work closely with the project manager and the lead architect to deliver on time. This phase of the project must be completed by the last day of Aug 2023.
