Tender description

Queen Victoria Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is looking to award a contract to a suitable provider, for the provision of Contact Lens Services and Supply,valued at 140,000GBP per year Incl VAT, for 2 years with 1+1 (year) options for extending. The Service aims to facilitate and encourage co-ordinated care for patients with low vision, provide appropriate contact lenses as required for the patient's eye condition and prescription, ensure suitable demonstration of the lens use and advice regarding personal and individual recommended wearing regime, and to provide information and advice on the care and maintenance of the lenses
