Operational Technology Testing Centre Consultancy Services

Tender description

The services provided under this contract will support the development of an Outline Business Case that is required for National Highways to establish a Testing Centre for its Operational Technology requirements. The Testing Centre will be a critical element of National Highways' testing capability; offering a safe, off network location that replicates the Strategic Road Network (SRN) as closely as possible - both physically and digitally. In particular, these services will include the development of user needs and technical requirements for both the integrated technology solution and the physical environment. As part of this process, extensive engagement with stakeholders will inform the creation of separate operational, cost and benefits models for the Testing Centre. This Call-off Contract was awarded to WSP UK Limited under Lot 5 of the National Highways Operational Technology Commercial Framework (OTCF).
