Refurbishment of Lytchett Matravers Youth Hall. This is a old pre-fabricated building with an asbestos roof which needs a full renovation. Phase 1 includes dismantling of old internal infrastructure, replacing with full kitchen, WC block with 3 sections including disabled, office, rear storage rooms, flooring insulation, revised electrical installation, revised plumbing installation with wall mounted hot water units, insulation of roof spaces, alarm system
