Tender description

Louth County Council (LCC) is interested in the deployment of a public dockless bicycle hire scheme within the Dundalk and Drogheda areas at no financial cost to Louth County Council. The scheme must be able to be deployed and operate effectively with the minimum Council input and without the need for any capital or operational funding by LCC. The Council is seeking tenders from interested parties for the provision of this service on a contract pilot basis
