KCCC provides a range of support, training and mentoring supports for over 182 ELC, SAC and 90 Childminding services throughout County Kildare. KCCC has a staff of 8-10 working to a hybrid model. To fulfil its role KCCC must have access to remote and onsite IT services that can troubleshoot hardware and software related issues in a professional and expedient time frame. The KCCC team provide phone, email and training supported through online applications and software editions, creating a demand for comprehensive IT support services {ensuring the most UpToDate and for purpose applications, including functions to support Managerial and agency reports}.
