Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Combined Procurement - PIN Notice

Background NHS England are seeking a CRM system, with the ability to track, filter and report against the individuals and organisations that we are engaging and working with and the activities we are doing with them. We need this to happen on a user-friendly system, with a minimal dependence on the supplier in modifying and maintaining the system. Alongside a CRM, NHS England currently manage several communications software systems. Ideally, we would be looking for a system that can integrate these tools, either by directly replacing the tool or by offering the ability to seamlessly integrate within the CRM. These tools include (details of which have been included in the draft specification): - Event registration and management - Detailed surveys and evaluation - Campaign/newsletter distribution - Maintenance of a media and political database/enquiries log - Press notice distribution - Mass email - Media monitoring - Media evaluation NB: Activities* is used in the draft specification (attached) as an umbrella term which includes various interaction types which could include (not exhaustively): • Event/meeting attendance • Expressions of interest • Campaign distribution • Accreditations • Course enrolment • Phone Calls • e-mails • Social media engagement This Prior Information Notice (PIN) is to engage with the market only, in preparation for a potential procurement process being undertaken in the near future. Interested Supplier are invited to answer the following questions and submit their responses via Atamis (https://health-family.force.com/s/Welcome) by 1pm on 27th April 2023 Questions: 1.
