Tender description

The British Council is looking to award non-exclusive agreement to a single supplier for a contract under the Crown Commercial Services (CCS) Framework RM 6187. The requirement is that the supplier will partner with Global, Corporate, Regional and Hub Marketing Teams to deliver: Global Campaigns • Facilitate remote workshops to develop Process Maps, accompanying RACI and updated Workflow. • Standard operating procedure (SOP) to accompany maps with SLA, Campaign guidance document and process performance metrics matrix. • Baseline the process using the previous 2 campaigns. • Implementation Plan and launch new process with clear responsibilities and limited exceptions. Channel Management • Facilitate remote workshops to develop RACI for Channel Management.
