The Legal Aid Board with the assistance of external consultants manages 43 properties across Ireland. It is in the process of upgrading its current portfolio of offices. The successful tenderer will be required to: • Advise on spatial capacity and refurbishment opportunities. • Draft designs for approval by the Contracting Authority considering relevant certifications (e.g., fire and disability) • Tender, evaluate and award Contracts for Works • Project Manage works to conclusion. • Fit out of new offices. • Management of Insurance Claims • Ensure Compliance with H&S legislation including, but not specifically limited to, disability access. • Advise on environmental and energy legislation and opportunities. • Ensure Compliance with current building regulations. • Advise on effective and efficient management of building systems and infrastructure. • Provide related services as required over the Term of the Framework.
