Tender description

Bristol City Council require a survey of the existing paint condition of Brock's bridge along with a review of the Health and Safety File produced by others. The works include: Detailed paint and surface defect survey; Review the original paint specification against the executed works; Categorise the severity of recorded defects; Produce a high level estimate of the cost to implement a remedial painting protection; Production of a risk matrix schedule for existing protection system; Review of the provided Health & Safety File on behalf of BCC Structures. WSP have prepared the attached proposal and we intend to use them through the WECA Professional Services Framework.
