Architect Planning stage phase 1

Tender description

This service is to provide 2 designs in the first phase of an extension and refurbishment of a community leisure facility on the isle of Anglesey. The two designs that will be required are one full design and a value engineering design option to be presented to the funding body upon completion. As part of this lead role you will take on the CMDC role in the project working closely with the Project Manager and the QS to ensure the project is delivered on time and on budget with planning permission granted by the end of phase 1. This phase of the project will be demanding as you will be required to work within tight timescales to meet funding deadline demands the winning contractor must be able to commit to this and to deliver8ing the designs in order to both be submitted to planning and also be fully costed by the cost team in time for the phase 1 deadline. This phase of the project must be completed by the last day of Aug 2023.
