Tender description

The council is now looking to appoint a consultant to further develop plans for Heat Decarbonisation Plans (HDP) produced for Herefordshire Council's school building portfolio.\r To produce an outline design/scope of works, which will be investment ready and will support the council with applications for grant funding (e.g. Salix).\r Up to 6 schools (including 1 secondary school) will be included.
