Tender description

The MORPHEUS Delivery Partner will have a key role in delivering the MORPHEUS Tactical Communication and Information Systems (TacCIS) to the British Armed Forces. The Tactical Systems Service Executive (TacSys) Team have arranged a series of Industry engagements, called Discovery Events, to inform the Delivery Partner requirement. The Discovery Events will be used to support the ongoing development of the Delivery Partner procurement approach and will seek to gather information from Industry on the key disciplines outlined within this document. There will be six Discovery Events, each of which will be accompanied by a Technical Survey that will be released on the DSP. The purpose of the Discovery Events is to research the availability of competencies, capabilities, and services across the marketplace. Discovery Events one to four will focus on the MORPHEUS Delivery Partner construct and the following key disciplines: • Strategic Partner • Ecosystem Management • System Design Authority and Systems Integration and • Transition to Service and Post Design Services Sessions five and six focus on: • Innovation and Emerging Approaches • The MORPHEUS System Please note that it is not a requirement for Industry respondents to respond to all six Technical Surveys, as you may decide to focus on the subjects which best suit your area of expertise. A response to a Technical Survey, or lack thereof, will not necessarily result in an invitation to a face-to-face session. This first Delivery Partner (2023) market engagement focuses on the first of these disciplines, the Strategic Partner.
